Question: What should I be for Halloween this year?

I am 13 and i don't know what i want to be for halloween. I mostly like to dress up as something cute (but not revealing). I also like to cosplay and use my own clothes in a costume. I'm thinking something a little asian but not a kimono. What should i be???

Question: dress for 21st birthday?

I am trying to find a one shoulder dress, preferably with a kimono type shoulder like the 2nd and 3rd dress

Any physical stores you know of that would have something like that for a reasonable price meaning not over $50 or $60? I'd like a physical store rather than online because I want to make sure the dress fits perfectly and I'm between an x-small and small so I don't it to be too big or too small.
I've tried forever 21, charlotte russe, and a few others but no luck yet.

Answer: try department stores. i was gonna say BCB max azria, but that may be above your price range.
