Question: I'd like to learn how to make clothes any suggestions?

I want them to be unique and/or something I'd see in Hot Topic or any of those alternative stores. One of my inspirations are from Visual Kei or any gothic punky outfit; lolita and urban hip hop is my favorite too. I think it's really cool, and I'd like to fashion design one day. I want to make kimonos, and lacey dresses and tops and pants, and use the zippers and chains. I know a place called The Fabric Collection close to where I live, but i've never been in there yet. Where can I get good silk, lace, and other fabrics? what's the diffrence between vinyl and leather? Any other good tips for me?

Question: What is the length/waist/bust of a dress?

I know what the waist and the bust is, but what is the length? Because there is this dress I want to buy, and it says the length is 67cm, but isn't that just a foot? A dress can't be a foot..... Answer: that's one of my favourite dresses.
the site you found on ebay (the store) is mainly a shoe shop and i know that they dont usually make lolita dresses.

when you are going to order- get a measuring tape and measure around your neck, the biggest part of your waist, and even your arms also your legs(lower down) -- when you go to order just tell them you want it custom made in the measurements you took.
