Old Japanese With Kimono

Question: Dream Interpretation Sought For -- Dream about Japanese Girl in Red Kimono?
My 14-year-old sister had had a strange dream when she was younger, probably around the age of 4.
The dream was about a Japanese Girl clad in a Red Kimono, and she was repeating the word "Namida" all over again, with each word being pronounced faster and faster till it was not understandable.
Apparently, the word "Namida" means "Teardrop" in the Japanese Language and coincidentally, she was born on the 3rd of March -- The Japanese Dolls Festival --
She once had this dream and woke up from it, breaking out in cold sweat. When she looked over at the clock, it was 12am exactly. I can tell that she was obviously freaked out, especially at such a young age. Her face also resembles that of a typical Japanese because she has big eyes and a white complexion. What could the dream have meant?
She also mentioned that the dream was repetitive until the age of 8, when the dreams stopped.
Can anyone help decipher the meaning of this dream?
Answer: So the only thing left is to determine the relevance of a red kimono. Does it have another meaning other than housecoat? I'd be suggesting that the red is relevant to read, or to blood (as in injury causing tears). You have done well describing someone else's dream, however it is really important for the dreamer to write out what they saw. Use this http://www.pacificway.org/lessoninrecall.pdf
