Question: How to make a Japanese miko/shrine maiden costume?
I need to make a Japanese miko/shrine maiden costume for a costume thing I'm going to. I have less than a month, so I can't buy one.
Any helpful ideas are greatly apperciated!

Answer: The top is a kimono and the bottoms are hakima. You can find patterns for these on line. Note that most of the patterns are for martial arts practitioners, but you can use them with any material.

Question: Why is American health care so bad?
we asians are very confusing... you americans are the richest, powerfulest peoples in the world, but why is health care so broking? a friend in nyc said his medic telled him his cancer can get cured by kimono treatment, but us asians all know that is total lie. japanese wore kimonos since cromagnons times, and they know cancer cannot go away with wearing clothes only!!!
Answer: The entire system is motivated by profit, that's why. The US is so wealthy that it could very well have the best system in the world, but instead it doesn't, instead it has the absolute worst in the developed world, ranked in between Costa Rica and Cuba.
